I honestly don’t think we should be able to steer the plane on the ground with the yolk. In real aviation, it’s only the rudder that steers the plane on the ground. I think it would be nice if the yolk didn’t work when on the ground. Possibilities, possibilities.

You can disable that.

Go to Settings and disable Auto-Coordination, that will ignore accelerometer movements for steering.
