Summary: The Tri-Cities of Washington are the cities of Pasco, Kennewick, and Richland. They all share one airport and they are in close proximity to each other, so they all make up one large city and hence, this area is commonly referred to as the Tri-Cities. The airport is on the north side of Pasco, Washington, so it is called the Tri-Cities Airport and has the airport code of KPSC/PSC to show that it is located in Pasco. It is a small airport, but it has flights to various destinations. The area (Richland specifically) is known for having the Hanford site, which helped with the Manhattan Project during World War II.
