All buttons above the screen is missing including the landing gear button. This issue has been bothering me for almost a week now and i wish that it will get fixed in the upcoming update.
The Alcatel 3X running Android 9 (Pie) did not have a specific “screen zoom” feature built into the system settings, as this was not a standard Android feature in version 9. However, there were some ways to adjust the appearance of on-screen elements:
Font Size: You could adjust the size of text on the screen:
Go to Settings > Display > Font Size and choose the size you prefer.
Display Size: On some Android 9 devices, including Alcatel models, there may be a “Display Size” setting that changes the size of interface elements (icons, buttons, etc.).
Check under Settings > Display > Display Size, if available.
Accessibility Features:
There was an Accessibility menu where you could enable features like magnification gestures:
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Magnification to zoom in on parts of the screen by triple-tapping or using a gesture.
It looks like this device is one of the corner cases in which the app can’t be displayed correctly because of a screen zoom that can’t be changed.
I tried it on a Samsung S10+, that has a lowest resolution of 1520 x 720, and there are no real issues, as long as Screen Zoom is left at “0” and is not increased.
Since your device seems to have a higher screen zoom setting that can’t be adjusted, there unfortunately doesn’t seem to be anything we can do.
Really? oh man, i really like this game. I kinda feel a little disappointed since this game was the best one in the store and I can’t experience the whole thing because of this issue. Well, thank you for responding to my report and thank you for your time. I hope you guys find a way for this to get fixed in the future. 👍
It’s unlikely that these corner cases can be fixed.
The option to change the screen zoom setting isn’t available in Android 9.
That combined with the fact that your specific device has a higher fixed screen zoom setting, which is out of our hands, and a low resolution makes it impossible to fix.
The only thing you can really do is to try to get your hands on a newer device, with higher specs.
