To have better and smoother departures all pilots please follow this

Two planes will enter runway 14.
-
Once the two pilots cross runway 12, the pilot in the back will turn left on 12 and backtaxi.

Both pilots should reach the end of the runway at the same time.

Once both planes are lined up with their runways, the pilot on runway 12 will depart first.

Once the plane departing runway 12 climbs over 2,000 feet, the pilot on runway 14 may start his takeoff role

Then start the whole thing again!
