I uninstalled and reinstalled Infinite Flight, but in multiplayer mode, aircraft now appear only as arcs. I have already enabled the settings to display the maximum number of aircraft, and the graphics are set to high.

This made it worse. Aircraft will physically appear if they have been downloaded to your device, uninstalling the app removes all these downloads.
You can redownload aircraft/liveries by spawning in with them, they will download automatically over time as you see them in-game being flown by other users.

Do you mean that I have to manually select each aircraft and livery first, and then I will be able to see them when used by others?
