I have already unsinstalled and reinstalled the app and I restarted my device but it doesn’t solve the problem. My device isn’t rooted.

Have you tried to lower the terrain quality settings?
I used to have this problem on my phone. It has low RAM and Storage to run the simulator. Have you tried clearing some storage?
I think this is a common issue for users using Asus Zenfone phones. I’m not sure about Zenpad though
His device has 4GB RAM. So I don’t think he has any issues with RAM.

If thats the model , then It may be caused by the (slightly unusual) CPU
