This NOTAMs appeared on the day of the FNF in Los Angeles for the celebration of multiplayer. He says that it would start on September 20, 2021 and end on September 21, 2021, taking place in KABQ (Albuquerque) will it be that the developers will not be preparing a big surprise? Could it be that they put an alien? Or was it just a mistake? Will they have a “meet up” there? Will there be an IFS event? Many theories, few answers.

It says “test notam.” That doesn’t mean that something will happen there.

It was a test NOTAM created by staff to prepare for the arrival waypoints that surrounded KLAX and KSFO later that week. The NOTAM has no actual purpose, you may choose to ignore it.
The reason they put in test NOTAMs is apparently they are very hard to put in. Each one of those circles takes “15-20” minutes to input and the interface for it is allegedly very hard to use, so they put those test ones in to make sure they got it right before doing the final one’s for the FNF.
