I managed to catch this the very moment Cloudflare came back online.
The lowest I’ve seen it drop it on a normal day is 1,300 to 1,400 or (very rarely) 1,200. So 700 is extremely low.
It’s not been this low (that I’ve seen anyway) since before 25.1 released with AutoPilot+ - and even then that would be on the low side.
