Get ready for The Great Terminal 2 Take-Over at MSP!
Join us for a large-scale IFC group flight starting at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport Terminal 2 and ending in Las Vegas at KLAS.
For this event, we’ll be focusing on Sun Country Airlines and Allegiant Air operations. Choose an aircraft and livery that fits one of these airlines for the most realistic experience possible.

This event will take place in the Expert Server, so please make sure you have access to the server before the event begins.
Please join at least 15 minutes before the event starts so everyone has enough time to get into position, get their aircraft ready, and receive any final instructions. Participants should aim to be online by 12:45 PM EST.
We’ll gather at MSP Terminal 2, organize the aircraft, and prepare for departure. Once everyone is ready, we’ll have a short briefing before beginning our group departure toward Las Vegas.
Terminal 2 Information
MSP Terminal 2, also known as the Humphrey Terminal, has 14 gates. Because of the limited number of gates, not every participating aircraft will necessarily have its own gate.
Gate assignments and staging positions will be coordinated by event staff. If all gates are occupied, additional aircraft may be asked to stage nearby or wait for their assigned departure position.
This will help us keep the event organized while still creating the feeling of a full Terminal 2 Take-Over.

Arrival — KLAS
All pilots will participate in a coordinated group arrival into Harry Reid International Airport.
Pilots should remain with the group and follow the instructions provided by KLAS ATC. Due to the expected number of aircraft arriving at the same time, please maintain appropriate spacing and avoid rushing the approach.
Once landed, pilots should follow ATC instructions for taxi and parking. Gate and parking assignments may be provided by event staff or KLAS ATC to help keep the airport organized.
The goal is to finish the event with a smooth and organized arrival into Las Vegas.
Before the Event
Please make sure you:

During the Event
Please remain patient and maintain reasonable spacing while taxiing and departing. With a large group of aircraft at Terminal 2, congestion is expected, so please don’t rush or overtake other aircraft.
Follow ATC instructions when ATC is online and keep communications clear and relevant. If you lose connection or have an issue during the event, rejoin when possible and follow the instructions provided by event staff.

The Big Departure
The goal is to create a realistic Terminal 2 Take-Over at KMSP before everyone heads toward Las Vegas.
We’ll organize the aircraft, coordinate the departure, and then make our way to KLAS together. Once we arrive in Las Vegas, we’ll finish with a group arrival.
