With Oakland becoming 3D, I believe an event for this airport was long overdue!
KOAK is an international airport that is located several miles south of downtown Oakland and just across the bay, east of KSFO. Serving the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area, KOAK offers domestic passenger flights to cities throughout the United States and international flights to Mexico and El Salvador, as well as cargo flights to China and Japan. KOAK is also a big hot spot for Southwest, as the majority of flights and route options are offered by them (KOAK Wiki).
This event will be happening on 2025-07-05T17:00:00Z→2025-07-05T18:00:00Z on the expert server. Gate assignments will be present. Can’t use Autopilot+ to reserve 2 gates. Arrival traffic is not recommended until at least 30 minutes into the event. Runway details will not be provided until the day of the event. Expect departure delays. VAs welcome.
