The Gap between Training and Expert server

I and a friend (who isn’t on IFC) joined this game 2 months ago.
We’ve been flying together mostly, while I’ve reached all minimum for Grade 3, I have 49 landings because I blatantly refuse to do touch and goes
He however did this and quickly got to Grade 3.
We encountered lots of ATCs in Training, had some experience on ATC instructions, we even made sure to check the manual and sometimes even went on Google to check some other basics.

He felt prepared and confident

In just one week though, he was back in Training Server after getting violations.

He got them not because he didn’t want to follow instructions or not because he didn’t prepare enough, but there was a great divide between what he experienced in Expert and Training Server. He felt like a small fish in a big pond.

The gap between both servers is wide in my opinion.

In Training Server when I was relatively new, I unintentionally did not follow some instructions, I didn’t even know I missed some, but no one told me I did, no one reached out to me, no TC “punishment” was given to me, say I take that into the Expert server, I’ll learn the hard way

I think ATC should be able to hand out these punishment in the training server with less consequences.

We aren’t all equal.

Some of us learn by experience, if I get an ATC violation in Training, it will help me far better in avoiding same in expert.

I do get what you’re saying.
There would need to be a training server just for pilots to make that work. Many more skilled controllers would be needed as well.

Unfortunately that’s not something that is planned at the moment.
