I fly for 5 hours, plan everything and follow all the rules. After so much work, I’m looking forward to landing at an active airport and then suddenly I’m thrown out of the game.
I’ve been a member for years and I pay money for it every month and that makes me so sad. I’m asking for help

By thrown out do you mean your game crashed or you got reported by ATC?

May i ask which setting’s you use during the flight? such as definition of scenery etc.
I’ll keep it short.
I play the game specifically so that it puts as little strain on my tablet as possible. Because I thought it was my device.
So I only display a few aircraft in my area
and also play in a low render quality and 30fps.
I’m barely approaching an active airport and everything is going well with the ATC contact until I’m about to land. The game crashes.
The crash only happens when I fly into an active and busy airport. The game crashes so badly that the app closes straight away and doesn’t even stay in the game menu.
I use Google Translate to describe my problem to you as best as possible.

Have you checked your memory/storage/load on your device?
Please make sure that your app is updated. Also, please be aware that there are known issues with server disconnects and game crashes. There is another hotfix that has been sent to the app stores and It should be available to download in the next few days. Please be patient while the team works to resolve this issue.
I use the same iPad and everything works well with max graphics, haven’t had a single crash till now.
