Welcome Comrades to my most recent flight thread. I flew on Aeroflot’s B77W between Moscow/Sheremetyevo and Vladivostok as AFL1704.
Departure took me from Moscow (did I say I flew out of Moscow?) all the way to Russia’s Far East. I didn’t see much because I spent the flight on cockpit view.
One thing I didn’t like, and which I knew would happen once I got closer to my destination, is that the AP did a steep 3000ft/m descent on the last two waypoints of my flight, DAGES and DINOR. To counter this, I made a 360° turn to give the AP time to level off and reduce speed, which had gone from 230kts to 280kts. In the end I managed to land safely at Vladivostok.
