Miami 
has a lot of long haul routes to do, it doesn’t matter if it’s to deep South America, Europe, Africa or the Middle East. I’ve been starting to do these more often, especially as I initially did them in solo mode and Autopilot+ existing, they’re just much easier to do. I however, haven’t done some routes at all, for example is MIA to Amsterdam 
I don’t know why I never did it, maybe because I found Schiphol Airport overwhelming. Whatever the reason was, I finally gave it a try and it was fun apart from the aircraft eating too much fuel and landing with only 6 minutes of fuel remaining despite taking on an extra hour from the estimated block time
