Description

Ever since the open beta the after burner on the F18 hornet, just looks wrong. It is not reminiscent of what afterburner looks like in real life. It looks very cartoony and gamey, the old after burner was more accurate of what a real afterburner should be in real life, hopefully a fixed can be made soon. Even at idle power, the engine has some weird triangle shape poking out of the exhaust

I have not been on IF for a while, does anyone know if this issue has been fixed yet

I’ll look at it for you, I was wondering the same about the exhaust graphics.

Edit: yes, the exhaust and afterburner effects are still like this.
Even more dire is that these small cones that you see when you’re on idle also show when the aircraft is shut down.

Definitely good that you reported it.
