As I cross the 10% completion rate toward flying every current Emirates route, I’d like to share my first featured destination: Bacha Khan International Airport in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
This was a fun flight because in real life it’s a true sunrise flight and the views are scenic if you get lucky with a clear day as I did.
IRL this unique airport is Pakistan’s 4th busiest airport and is a mixed civil aviation/military air base for the Pakistan Air Force!
IRL gate departure from OMDB is 3:20AM local/23:20 UTC
