So, I was flying from EGLL - YPPH today and I noticed that during the night the scenery gives the appearance of corrupted files. So I turn the time to noon and the scenery/water turns to normal. Is this a graphics issue or…?

It may be coincidental, but this happened to me today on FNF. The water would be as you say corrupted files, but once turned to noon it changes to normal.
It’s not corrupted files or anything like it.
There’s a short period between sunset/night and sunrise/daytime where there’s very little or no illumination. As we don’t have night/day imagery, they are the same regardless of time of the day.
Oh, okay. So nothing to worry about?
Nope. Nothing to worry about :)
