Rescuers were called out to Mt Hood after a climber the mountain to kill himself then decided he wanted to live.
Due to how high the man was the UH60 blackhawks could not get to him, so the CH47 Chinook was called in for this daring high rescue. Here’s the video

This just shows how skilled helicopter pilots truly are. I’ve seen similar situations from my time spent in Afganastan. Truly an art. Good story glad that everything worked out for the good.
