I wanted myself to get a preview of some Brazilian scenery on the FNF today. I’m not sure if these are flames but it is quite scary.

Unfortunately it is very sad what is happening. I do not think those are flames you are seeing in the scenery as the scenery was purchased sometime last year.
If it’s not linked to the fire, might be still dangerous because that’s not what you normally see in IF I don’t think
Pretty sure it’s the amazon river? maybe🤷🏻♂️
Although the so called “flames” seem to be on a river. River = water + fire = no fire
Again it really is heartbreaking what’s happening. 🙌🏻
I’ve never seen a river that’s black and had really light yellow and orange streaks on it?
It’s sand. Not flames.
It’s probably sand or even just the sun reflecting off of the water.
I believe they are rapids in the water, the way it moves and gathers itself, probably made by the animals habitats.
Me having just been on rapids last week for 2 hours in the middle of no where in Canada, I think these are multiple satellite images put together to create these looks.
Or could be as said:
Those are sandbars.
I just tried changing the time of day and see what happens, nothing changed
Pretty good point actually
As in real life time
I don’t think satellite images change depending on the time of day IRL
From when the satellite had taken the picture, that’s probably why.
The sun reflects off water, right?
The satellite takes that image as the water reflects the light onto the satellites images.
Sun > Water > Satellite
Or a comparison
Sun > Moon > Earth.
Just about to say.
It doesn’t really make sense, there were adjacent rivers that had none of that
How come it only happens on that one river?
Well than it’s probably just a bunch of sand bars.
