ATC in the expert sever have to be the most impatient group of people I’ve ever talked to even on Vatsim people have more patience then them you get told to follow directions 5 seconds later you get reported mate it takes a good 3 seconds to respond to your message and another 4 to put in everything then you got the Atc who puts everyone in a holding pattern because he has more then 6 aircraft 10NM from each other and gets confused or the guy who absolutely hate military aircraft and will point out every mistake you do theses have to be the most impatient group of men or women I’ve ever met a day in my life they’re so quick to give out a violation it’s ridiculous they make you not want to play expert server really they do and this the reason why I only play expert server once a month nobody have time to deal with it really nobody does they’re so full of themselves it’s crazy ATC appeal team apparently they have so much trust in the ATC that they know for a fact that the pilot is lying and the ATC is always right you have one guy deciding on if you did something wrong or not that one guy can make a lot of mistakes deciding anything and why do you even have a appeal team for a game and why it’s 3/2 violations last one single year why can’t they be separated they’re so much stuff in this app that can make it better but the team seems to be too lazy to fix the issues and problems with this game make it funnier for pilots not make the game a strict shit show

I’ve had enough experience with the Appeals team to say that they are extremely fair. They will always review replays before coming to a conclusion.
Expert Server has rules that you must follow. If you want to mess around go on Casual Server.

Fighter jet on flight radar was doing the ATC got pissed about it even tho I was the 1nm from the runway and everyone else was over 10NM from me also nobody was waiting to take off at all
In these situations its always recommended to contact the controller - sometimes they can offer a perspective you may not have seen.
He gave me a violation for not following instructions even tho I did started to follow them but it was a maybe 35 second delay comes down to what I just said no patience
The situations you described are definitely outliers. 99% of ATCs aren’t like that. We have rules to follow, and if we don’t, we will get consequences.
Appeals does not take sides. It is always 100% fair to the pilot. Majority of appeals do get denied, but it’s always for a good reason.
Infinite flight is a Simulator. It is not a game. Fun is out of the equation in simulators and what has to be there is replicating Real Life flying which also has all of these rules.
If you get 5 violations and can’t continue for a year it’s not the end of the world. I myself had a 1 year wait until grade 3. You can fly in Training and Casual Server. Along with that you could create another subscription on another account and get that to grade 3

Did you wait for the instruction to come through over voice? In a busy airspace the voice can be delayed. You should always pay attention to the instructions at the top of the screen - any instructions to you will appear in orange - follow them immediately.

You do realize the last three I got they closed the thing didn’t reply and basically said they couldn’t help

If the appeals team say they can’t help - there’s usually a reason such as you not having the replay or something.
They are ones which Mimic real life activities like flying. Getting a violation is like getting one on a pilot license in real life
