Not sure if anyone else noticed this, but the spoiler above the flaperon on the 787 doesn’t deploy as much as the others anymore. This is a great step towards even more realism!

Yes it does. It’s a small deflection, to allow the full flaperon deployment. :-)
Hope this answers lot’s of questions and doubts.
