Japan airlines 516 strikes a Japan coast guard Dash 8 on landing. everyone made it off the A350, but 5 people were lost aboard the Dash 8. This is the first A350 hull loss.
Voepass 2283 crashes marking the most recent (and another) ATR de-icing failure.
Azerbaijan 8243 is struck by a surface-to-air missile and crashes three kilometers short of the runway.
Jeju Air 2216 makes a belly landing and strikes a large mound following a birdstrike. The crash is confirmed to be the deadliest since the bombing of Metrojet 9268.
