I want to take the time to thank you for putting time into this message! We all as a team try our very best to give everyone the best services we can. When pilots are happy with the service we give them it brings most of us pride and brings us happiness knowing that our time we put in is meaningful. A lot of work goes into controlling and joining IFATC so when we are acknowledged for it, it means a lot! A lot of people unfortunately criticize the way we control or are upset about a violation. Not too many take the time to write a thank you message so I applaud you! It’s a pleasure to be able to serve you alongside the whole IFATC family.
