At the start of 2025, I officially made Paris-Orly (LFPO) my home base with one goal in mind: connecting to every French overseas island. From the Indian Ocean to the Caribbean, I’ve spent the year exclusively exploring Réunion, Mayotte, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and even French Guiana recently for the first time when the beta dropped.

Using Air Caraïbes, Frenchbee, and Corsair as my “Big 3,” along with Air France and Air Austral.

I flew so many flights back and forth to base with these airlines i lost count, but it made me bring this project to life.

Here is the final movie of this whole journey filmed throughout April to November:

Special mention to @GWENDU.9710, @87Marie & @Pyhier94. They introduced me to most of these airlines and places last year (some i didn’t even know existed until late December 2024) and joined me on most of these flights.

They were the initial spark of inspiration and all these flights wouldn’t have been possible this year without them so a very big thank you to them!

Fun fact: To keep ot authentic I picked this song specifically because it’s actually from Guadeloupe, French Caribbean (The home of Air Caraïbes). It just fit the movie’s vibe perfectly
