I was flying from Cape Town International to London Gatwick when I flew into Europe everything seemed like the night sky, including the ground. There was nothing wrong with the internet connection. During my approach still everything was black therefore I used APPR landing since everything was black. During touch down the plane fell into a free dive into nothingness so I ended the flight. It did cost me more than 10hrs or so and earned 6000 XPs that was shown after I ended it but it kept calculating the total. All in all, these XPs are not added to my total so waste of time. Device is the latest iPad Pro. What is happening here and is there any chance of still getting the XPs?
Hi Mike,
Your XP and hours are logged throughout your flight on a continuous basis. It may take some time for the XP and hours to hit your account and show up, but don’t be alarmed.
As for the black terrain you noticed, this is a known issue and the developers are aware.

Like @DeerCrusher mentioned above about that being a known issue, it wouldn’t hurt to do a re-install of the app.
