Technical Issue with Airbus A380-800 Autopilot in AP+ Mode

Description of the issue:
I am experiencing a persistent issue with the Airbus A380-800 regarding payload/weight capacity. Both my device OS and the app are updated to the latest versions, and I never had this issue until updating the game to the latest release.

Here is what happens:

  1. I set the aircraft payload to 100% and engaged autopilot (AP+) after departure.
  2. After saving the flight plan and stepping away for about 5 minutes, I returned to find that 50% of the payload had randomly disappeared.
  3. I completed that flight and attempted another flight to reproduce the issue, and the exact same bug occurred again.

I have attached a screenshot showing the payload discrepancy. Could you please investigate and assist with this issue?

Just so I’m getting this right;
You’re referring to payload.. but you’re actually talking about fuel disappearing, right?

Yes, I mean the payload in general, and fuel specifically. Half the fuel load disappears upon ending the flight. I tried landing at an airport to fully refuel and tested it again, but the issue keeps repeating—half the fuel vanishes every time.

Yes, I can see some very strange fuel discrepancies on that flight.

I’ll investigate this further.
