As you all may know, the Infinite Flight Olympics are dawning on us. It is four months away, and even though it still seems like a LONG time away, it’s actually closer than you think.
Right now is a great time to start practicing for what’s to come, and I have decided that I will be the leader of Team USA. I’ve been flying for a year on Infinite Flight, and I’ve been a member on this community for almost a year now. I’ve got the experience to help you along the way, and give proper training to get Team USA at least three medals this year!
Team USA will have a Slack chat that I will be creating shortly for fast communication, and of course, we will be using the American Airlines livery. Please PM me with your email address if you would like to be a part of our team this year.
However, there are a few requirements because of what the regions and aircraft used in the Olympics might be:
Must have Live+ (There are exceptions if you have most aircraft and regions.)
Must be Grade 3 or above. (NO EXCEPTIONS.)
The Olympics are now just a month away. I’m not sure if Team USA got any medals at all last year, but with this amount of time to practice, we can definitely be able to bring home at least three medals this year. We can do this!
I’d love to get involved in the Olympics, i’d be on team GB, but what “events” are there? if somebody could let me know i’d be more than happy to take part.
I would recommend tryouts. I’m not a huge fan of the 7 person limit. I would let eveyrbody apply, then try them out. As you will read in my announcement post momentarily Peace and Bonding are the theme.
In my opinion, I think seven people in a team is great. That’s enough people to work with and train with. And keep in mind, we might have atleast 10 countries packed into one airport. 7 members a team is 70 aircraft in one airport. Any more than that would just be lag city.
But anyways, what would tryouts consist of so I can know what to do?
