I am pleased to announce that I am officially the new CEO of Team DynamX.
I am taking over from the previous CEO, @Captain_Zen, who recently resigned because of other commitments.
As CEO, I plan to make several changes to how the the team is run, and lead DynamX into a new league of professionalism and skill.
What Is Team DynamX?
Team DynamX is the single most extreme formation-display-team Infinite flight has to offer. Consisting of only the most highly skilled of jet-pilots, all of our members are rigorously tested and assessed according to strict criteria.
The result? A flawless performance every time, which will never cease to leave you speechless. We choreograph and fly every display according to individual customer requirements. We can do anything, ranging from simple flypasts to dynamic displays. The possibilities are endless with Team DynamX.
Booking A Display.
If you want to see the team perform at your event, you can book a display. It’s easy: Just send me a PM with details of the event and any requirements you may have. You can also contact us using the form provided on the main page of our website. We will do our best to satisfy your needs.
Please note that Team DynamX will only perform dynamic displays and manoeuvres on the Casual Server.This is because we have had issues with aerobatics violations and ghostings in the past.
Less energetic performances may be permitted on other servers.

To ensure that our high standards are maintained, we seek only the most capable pilots. Our basic requirements for new recruits are below:
Minimum age of 15 years.
Outstanding flying ability.
Absolute dedication to the team.
The ability to communicate effectively on Discord.
The ability to communicate effectively on Slack.
Flexible online times throughout the week.
High situational awareness in a highly dynamic environment.
Ability to maintain a steep learning curve.
Robust character to accept criticism regarding your performance.
DynamX will soon be adopting a brand new recruitment system, which will combine both selection and training aspects in one programme. Expect details soon.
Somewhat, yes. You begin in Aerosync, with a beginner aircraft. Once you have mastered all basic stunts while flying in formation, you can try out for DynamX. DynamX is separate, though we share our slack with them and OSDF, creating a vast community. We cordinate, pull pilots from other areas when needed, etc.

We are looking for five active, skilled and enthusiastic pilots to join our formation aerobatics team. Details on how to apply can be found below.
If you are selected to join the team, you will first join the new Team DynamX Aerobatics School, where you will receive training from our most experienced members and develop skills which you will need as a DynamX pilot.
In order to ensure our high standards are maintained, only the most highly qualified applicants will be successful. The selection process consists of two phases:
Written Application
Candidates must complete an application form, a link to which can be found below. The form is divided into three sections: Personal details, the supporting statement and optional references. You should complete this form to the best of your ability, as it will be used to shortlist candidates for further assessment.
Practical Flying Assessment
Shortlisted candidates will progress to the practical assessment stage. You will be required to demonstrate proficiency in flying the F-22, and you will be expected to be able to complete some basic flying manoeuvres to a high standard. The five candidates who show the highest level of competency and skill will be offered a place at the Team DynamX Aerobatics School.
We have some basic requirements for all new pilots. These are:

I would like to let everyone know that DynamX is still alive and well. There has been a significant reduction in activity lately. I spent several weeks away from CEO duties since I had to rectify some issues. I am now back, and more determined than ever to make DynamX great again.
I would also like to announce that we will be abandoning the “DynamX Aerobatic School” recruitment system, because it was crap. We will switch back to the old recruitment system, effective immediately.

A test flight will then be organised, which allows us to assess your flying ability. If we are satisfied with your performance, you will be accepted into the team.
Once you are in the team, you must be reasonably active, attending training sessions at least every couple of weeks. Extended and unapproved periods of inactivity may result in removal from the team.

Here is some updated information regarding our new recruitment process.
We are currently seeking skilled F-22 pilots to join our team. Applicants must possess the following attributes:
Minimum age of 15 years.
Outstanding flying ability.
Absolute dedication to the team.
The ability to communicate effectively on Discord.
The ability to communicate effectively on Slack.
Flexible online times throughout the week.
High situational awareness in a highly dynamic environment.
Ability to maintain a steep learning curve.
Robust character to accept criticism regarding your performance.
All applicants must demonstrate their ability during a short test flight before being accepted into the team.
As of now, test flights will be organised within our Slack channels, rather than through IFC. To apply, please send me a PM containing the following information:

Why you want to join Team DynamX
