I tested traffic alerts for an aircraft coming straight for me at the same flight level and for some reason ForeFlight didn’t sound any alarms I have traffic alerts on but I’m brand new to ForeFlight does this work with all planes on infinite flight?

Did you have “Traffic” enabled in the menu at the top left? How many nautical miles (nm) were you from the aircraft in Infinite Flight?

He was right there within a couple hundred feet for me before I had a nose dive down A bit
@KyleBoas, i’m also on the trial version until tomorrow I don’t know if that meant have anything to do with it
This view doesn’t tell us whether traffic was on, or if you have a subscription which includes it.

I don’t know what the trial version includes honestly, but can you go to the settings page and make sure traffic is set to on?
It’s under the more tab on the bottom right.

I am not sure why you cannot see it in the screenshot but the traffic alerts are on in that preference setting
It might also be that there would be a traffic option on the drop down menu checked where the red line is here (I don’t have any ADS-B attached so I don’t have it available, but you may with IF attached:

Yes, that is correct.
I don’t know either my second time testing it which failed my test not sure what to do from here or if I want to buy the premium
The trial includes the TCAS alerts. What devices are shown on the devices page in the settings? I can see on your one screenshot that the accuracy is “No fix”, which is an error of some kind.

If you’re exiting in and out of either app the connection will be lost. If you don’t see aircraft on ForeFlight or the accuracy is off, you will not receive TCAS alerts.
No I wasn’t exiting out of the app until it was already was failing I only inquired after-the-fact which is the only time that I ever exited out of the app
Okay, your device is connected, but at the bottom of the settings wheel on the map, it will list Infinite flight as device. Make sure that’s set to enabled.
Obviously, also make sure ForeFlight connect is on in your IF settings
