320knots in ground speed, not IAS.
Do the violations follow ground speed or IAS? I am pretty sure it is IAS, although I could be wrong. It’s been a few years since I’ve received a violation.
Each aircraft has their own limit. The TBM limit is much lower.
For example the limit in the TBM at 14,000 is about 265 kts.
I have been there before… with the TBM, initial climb 125 kt AS, then up to 180 kt AS, then aim for ,50 to ,52 cruise speed (GS).
