Ermm, do you know what it means by “Service Ceiling”?
Service Ceiling is the maximum altitude an aircraft can fly up to, that does not mean that you cruise at that altitude as you’ll be pushing the engine to the max.
People mostly cruise at FL280-FL300 or somewhere around there but seldom do you see people flying at FL310 in a TBM.
Its the same for commercial jets, the service ceiling of the B788 is 43,100ft but you don’t ever see any airlines cruising at FL430
Most airliners cruise at their service ceiling now cus the aircraft is lighter than what they would usually be, so it makes sense to be cruising at their service ceiling
