Taxiing at VOHS

Hey! I had a question regarding what to do when I’m taxiing at VOHS. Is Runway 09L/27R considered a runway or a taxiway?

Hey @soorajrajivekumar! It is a taxiway if there is a red circle around the airport saying it is a taxiway. A good example of this is London Gatwick (EGKK)

Is there a TFR around the airport saying that 09L/27R is considered a taxiway? If there is, it is indeed a taxiway and can be used without annoucing “Runway Crossing” on unicom or with ATC.
