I hope ATC can use runway markings for taxiing too, just like taxiways，because in real life, some airports use runways as taxiways, such as Runway 07/25 at YSSY.Not being able to taxi aircraft on runways adds extra workload for ground control.

There are airports in IF where, just as in real life, a runway is used for taxi-traffic. EGKK is an example and there is a special NOTAM for this airport that explains the details.
If in Sydney, runway 7/25 is solely used as a taxi way, then I do agree that this should be the same here in IF.
