Guys please is this a tail strike and is it a good rotation?

From those photos, no its not a tailstrike (which would be the bottom of the tail actually hitting the runway). Rotation looks ok.

Not at all, you would definitely see it if it was.
This was a good rotation, a little on the steep side though. Make sure you are at the correct speed before VR

If the tail didn’t strike the runway (which it didn’t) your good.
This is actually the average rotation of irl aircraft, but a bit steep.
To add to what @SomeRandomAvgeek said, the initial rotation you don’t want to pitch higher than 7.5 degrees positive in most aircraft.
