Will I get a notification if I had a tail strike ?? Does infinite flight give a notification ? Or violation if not how do I know if I ever strike the tail ?

No, youll not get any violation for tail strike. If you think you did a tail strike, you can see by changing camera during takeoff or landing only.

If you feel like the nose is very high pitched but you haven’t lifted off yet, There’s a chance you tail striked you can always check in the replay to verify if you did or not! 
Each aircraft’s operation manual will specify the pitch angle at which tail strike may occur during takeoff. Simply ensure that the pitch angle does not exceed this specified value during takeoff.
