We need this bad it has over 1000 votes! And considering even mobile games like World of Airports which is a mix between flight simulation and airport management have it. It looks 🔥

Most all aircraft have low and high beam lighting to go along with wing lights, tail lights and ground lights around the plane. On the front and side, there’s one set or lower wattage for taxi and one set or high wattage for T/O & Landing. Most major aircraft now are beginning to change to LED lamps for landing. Here’s my take on what they could look like. I really don’t think its a huge coding base build to do these, but maybe it is. What say you?

I want to see in terms of lighting, Reflective lighting, taxi lights, tail lights as well as even city lights and overall a better feel, as flying at night feels a little lifeless without the global map being lit up.

It would be so epic to have tail lights and working plane taxi/takeoff lighting. This would make the game ultra realistic at night - even more so than it already is.

fr and like older planes have the bulbs for the taxi lights and stuff and newer ones have LED’s to add to the diversity making the game even more realistic

and surely for city lights there is night time satellite because google maps has it. And in game for example at 6pm or whenever the sunsets in game the map switches over to the night imagery and then switches back over to day at for example 7am. Would be single player but able to be online, kinda how time and clouds are now in servers.

Just having the streets lit up with a dull yellow like the windows on the 787 and A320 family ait night would be enough, since that’s how they usually look at night

Yeah, like it doesn’t need to be insanely detailed street light’s just enough that it shows where major cities and smaller towns are and like major roads around countries, cause in infinite flight, i fly over what I think is rural no one around kind of place but then irl theres actually major roads and some small towns (ie; West coast of Mexico)
