I would like to know that if I switched to IOS do I have to cancel th Subscription in the Google play store in android and then once the sub will ran out in the ipad (in 6 month) I renew it from the ipad ?
It’s recommended, but not required as long as your account is linked to a Facebook or Google profile. That allows you to use your sub on any device with the latest version of the app.
