Surrounding Terrain Warning

Hi guys, many of you would know that Terrain warning in the map has been taken away. I was thinking that we could have a Terrain Warning for the surrounding Terrain. This ‘surrounding’ Terrain would be 100NM around you. So on the map you would have a clear understanding of what’s around you.

This means we won’t have to have Terrain Warning for the whole world. ⚠️

I’m sure it’ll be implemented back in along with the terrain once performance issues are resolved and better optimized. If I recall, there was talk about this on the podcasts a little while back.

The terrain warning in the map will be re-implemented once all the performance issues surrounding it have been resolved.
