Support - “No Active Subscription”

When I attempt to login to online flight, I get a “No Active Subscriptions” message. I purchased my subscription for 6 months and it doesn’t expire until December 18, 2020.

Any ideas on how I can fix the issue?

Have you tried the basic troubleshooting steps (eg, restarting your device or app)?

Yeah, this happens to a lot of people. It’s just a small bug and a simple restart should do the trick as said above. Nothing to worry about on your end. Have fun with the rest of your subscription!

yeah sometimes this happens, usually just closing and opening the app again works fine

If this doesn’t work uninstall then reinstall IF
