#Support Automated Text

Over the past few weeks, I have seen plenty of support requests that just say 'HELP!!! GLOBAL ISNT WORKING!!! So when thinking about how to help mitigate this, I remembered #live:events gives you text that is already appearing when you click on ‘+ New Topic’

#live:events says:
Excuse the summary, I don’t want this thread too big…

Summary

Server: Training

Region: San Francisco Bay Area

Airport: KSFO

Time: 0800Z

NOTAM: Add important event information here

If we could do the same in #support it would make the first fifteen posts of ring around the Rosie trying to find out what exactly was happening and what device it was on inexistant.

Anyway, I think this same text should be added to #support, something along the lines of:

Device Brand/Model:

Operating System:

Describe the Issue:

Describe Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Modifications to Device (Root, etc.)

Screenshots

*Remember, these can be tweaked to whatever the moderators think is best

I honestly think this will fix the issue, at least somewhat :) if anybody has thoughts on this, please elaborate!

This idea is great and should save the mods a lot of time. Yes some will ignore it but many will follow saving a lot of time.

This has been considered, however Philippe decided it may deter people from posting in support.
