There’s a lot of randomly interesting things about this state.
It’s definitely very Upper Midwest, but I think Minnesota is best known for hot bake/hot dish. It’s basically a casserole, but more specifically it usually includes a starch, a meat, a vegetable, and a canned soup base.
I think it will be a huge upgrade, yes!
