Location: Gibraltar International Airport

Well, hello again. After a short weekend-long stay in Gibraltar recently, I was at the airport waiting for my flight back to London with easyJet. Thanks to Gibraltar’s brilliant airport terrace, I was able to spot my aircraft arriving in from Gatwick. This was the only ‘plane spotting’ I did whilst in Gibraltar this year, and I have done a lot more in previous visits (ie here) But anyway, I don’t think the pictures are too bad to be shared here, so enjoy.

Back taxiing Runway 27 after turning around. You can just about see the famous Winston Churchill Avenue Road which intersects the runway in the background of this picture.

Gibraltar is always a fun place to visit, whilst of course it has great opportunities for plane spotting, I’d definitely recommend visiting for the famous rock with it’s monkeys too. Hope you enjoyed the pics, as always any feedback and help is appreciated!
