Has anybody experienced the Sunrise glitch. How do I fix.

I believe Devs are aware, but to my knowledge no fix we can do as players.
Has this been a issue for some time or was it recently?
It started with the 22.4 update, or thats at least when I started seeing things about it here on the form.
