Okay, I do not think many will know this but Sun Country does not fly into CID, but today they did what is going on I tried to see if they are going to be opening routes here but I did not find anything. What it’s very odd anyone may know what they are doing?
Possibly a charter?

This was a charter flight, maybe for a sports team, band etc. They do this out of HPN sometimes :)

Probably a chatter, Sun Country is known for charters , specially around the southwest.
They do charters like said above and I know they do honor flights just like MLI which is just southeast of CID.
