Hello folks, welcome to my Summer 2026 Trip to the 404 Atlanta and to the 305 Miami. So today, my family and I flew down from St. Louis to Atlanta and in the next two weeks, we will be flying down to Miami from Atlanta. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this first journey from St. Louis to Atlanta aboard Delta Airlines.
So on Thursday, I went STL plane spotting to spot twenty planes right? After that on Friday, I went and saw my grandfather before I went to stop by and buy something to snack on the plane and gum before heading home to pack my suitcase to get ready for this ATL journey. Upon our flight scheduled to depart at 8:00 AM, we were to be up and ready to depart at 5:45 AM to arrived to STL airport at 6:00 AM. So we woke up at around 4:45 AM and left to load the car at 5:45 AM to head to the airport. Getting to Super Park Parking Lot A 
STL airport, we parked our car and caught the shuttle bus 
over to Terminal 1 where we arrived at around 6:01 AM. Then getting inside the airport, we checked in at the kiosk, got our boarding passes and proceeded to head through the airport security checkpoint. After that we headed to our departure gate. So here go the shots of this STL to ATL journey.

So we made it to Gate A10 STL airport at 7:24 AM and commenced boarding at 7:25 AM on this Boeing 737-900 aircraft ready to depart for Atlanta
at 8:00 AM. So good morning ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard Delta Airlines Flight 1536 nonstop service from St. Louis to Atlanta
Alrighty so we pushed back from Gate A10 at exactly 8:00 AM. We played the safety video and taxied to RWY 12L for takeoff where we crossed RWY 12R
Flight attendants, prepare for takeoff, as we got on RWY 12L before we did our takeoff roll out of STL airport
And off we go we lifted off RWY 12L from STL, on our way to the
404 Atlanta Georgia. C ya later St. Louis
We climbed over the Mississippi River where we flew over the Illinois airspace. Sitting at the right side of the aircraft is where we would spot that Gateway Arch
We leveled off at FL350 and cruised over Bell Buckle which is southeast of BNA airport in Nashville Tennessee
taken from Seat 17F 
. So what I bought was Oreo Mints 
to snack on the plane. So I took that out while we were served Biscoff Cookies and Cheez-Its and I got Sprite 
where my family got Coca-Cola and Apple Juice 
. I also listened to music 
while en route to Atlanta
At around 10:15 AM ATL time, we reached the Georgia airspace where we began our descent and banked to our left over Lithia Springs
for our approach to RWY 26R ATL airport where we spotted ATL airport in sight
Flight attendants, prepare for landing, as we entered short final RWY 26R before touching down into the
404 Atlanta area
And just like that we have just landed into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Int’l Airport at around 10:20 AM. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Atlanta Georgia
. So we taxied for a couple of minutes to Gate E9 for our ATL arrival, spotting the Delta B757-200 aircraft parked at Concourse B from Las Vegas
And we have arrived at Gate E9 ATL airport. Hello Atlanta
. So we grabbed for belongings, exited the aircraft, headed over to the ATL Plane Train 
to catch from Concourse E to Concourse T to head to baggage claim 
. Then since we didn’t have any bags to claim, we left the airport and waited outside for my Aunt to pick us up from the airport. So at around 11:30 AM, my Aunt showed up and picked us up and left onto I-85 north all the way to Gwinnett County Lawrenceville area to her house for our two week vacation before heading down to the 
305 Miami which is what I’m extremely looking forward to as soon as we have arrived to Atlanta
