Hello folks, welcome to our day two of this trip as we flew Ibom Air Flight 101 on the CRJ-900 from Lagos to Uyo 🇳🇬, our hometown in Akwa Ibom State 🇳🇬. So we spent a night at the Lagos Marriot Ikeja Hotel 🏨 before we left that morning to the Lagos Domestic Airport for our flight to Uyo. So I hope you enjoy these shots regarding our flight.
Ibom Air Flight 101: Lagos to Uyo 🇳🇬

After we checked in our baggage 🧳, we got our boarding passes, went through the security and proceeded to Gate B6, and here we are bout to hop on our flight to Uyo 🇳🇬. So welcome aboard Ibom Air Flight 101 to Uyo 🇳🇬 here we go. Btw, it’s generic since we don’t have the Ibom Air Livery for the CRJ-900. Hopefully they add the Ibom Air Livery for the CRJ-900. But anyways, let’s head to Uyo 🇳🇬
We didn’t push back but started up the engines before taxiing out to RWY 18L for takeoff
After a couple of minutes taxiing, we hopped on the runway and began our immediate takeoff out of LOS airport
And off we go we tookoff RWY 18L from LOS and we are on our way to Uyo 🇳🇬. C ya later oohhhh
We then banked to our left, to head east, and on our right, we saw Lekki Beach 🏝️🇳🇬 that we flew past
And here we are as we first leveled off at FL150 and then we step climbed to FL210. At FL210 as we first flew over the ocean 🌊, the flight attendants started serving us meat pie 🥧 with chin-chin and a yogurt 🍦 that came in a box, along with a bottle of water 💧Then we got a choice of drink which was either tea 🫖, coffee ☕️ or juice 🧃. For me, and Aunty Ini, we chose juice. For Grandma she chose coffee. And for Uncle Offiong, he chose tea 🫖. After that, trash 🗑️ was collected and I chewed bubblegum for the remaining of the flight until we arrived at Uyo 🇳🇬. And then yeah, we then flew over this area, west of Warri 🇳🇬 in this pic.
We then began our descent and here we are as we turn onto final RWY 21 QUO airport for landing

And we’ve just landed at our hometown Uyo, Akwa Ibom State 🇳🇬. Welcome to Uyo 🇳🇬. Here we are as we taxied to the Commercial Ramp for our arrival
And there we have it. We’ve just arrived at Uyo 🇳🇬. Here we go as we got off the plane via the steps and we’re now headed to baggage claim 🛄 to claim our baggage 🧳 before leaving the airport, being picked up by one of Grandma’s cousin or whoever, Big Boy aka Aniete Udoh that will take us to EEMJM Hotels 🏨 for our vacation.
