This is the second part of our trip going from Atlanta to St. Maarten on Delta Airlines Flight 1894 ATL-SXM. I hope you enjoy this trip report that my Aunty and I have done.

Here we are as we arrived to Gate F10 at ATL airport after taking the plane train from Concourse B to Concourse F and we began our boarding process that took us to St. Maarten 🇸🇽
We were taxiing to RWY 27R for takeoff out of ATL airport.
Entered RWY 27R, lining up before we began our takeoff roll out of Atlanta
And liftoff off we go heading down to the Caribbean 🏝️😎🌴. Goodbye 404 🍊🇺🇸 Atlanta. C u later
Climbing above FL230 as shown on the Delta Flight Tracker on the IFE at my seat as we fly over Griffin, Georgia 🇺🇸 taken at Seat 34F with a perfect wing view.
As complementary snacks and drinks were served, I once again chose Biscoff cookies and Sprite plus I ate Flipz Chocolate Covered Pretzels that I bought at Concourse F before we boarded this flight. Thus, we were cruising at FL370 over the North Atlantic Ocean 🌊, a few miles off the Florida Coastline which looks so beautiful. Therefore, this is the view that I loved as we were en route to the Caribbean, which is St. Maarten
Here we are on our descent phase as approach the Lesser Antilles, getting near St. Maarten, flying over this amazing Caribbean Sea 🌊🌴. So beautiful don’t it.
One of the Maho Beach Plane Spotters at St Maarten spotted our flight arriving to SXM from Atlanta as Delta Airlines Flight 1894 ATL-SXM on the Boeing 757-200 RWY 10
We have landed and back taxied RWY 10 to taxi to our arrival gate. But then, we held position on the ground as we spot a rare Etihad Airways B777-300ER departing SXM heading to Abu Dhabi 🇦🇪 plus JetBlue Airways E190 on the right and a Delta Airlines A321 from ATL which was the same flight as I did. Someone chose to fly the Delta A321 from ATL-SXM as Delta 1894A as IRL this ATL-SXM route is operated on the B757-200, not the A321. But anyways, Welcome to this lovely St. Maarten 🇸🇽. I couldn’t wait to spend a three week vacation at the Hotel near the airport with the pool inside the hotel.
And we had arrived to Gate 7 at SXM airport and this is the shot that I have taken as we deplaned the aircraft. We headed to borders custom immigration for our passport inspection before we went through baggage claim to grab us a ride to the Royal Islander Club Resort La Terrasse Hotel for our three week vacation at St. Maarten 🇸🇽. I can’t wait for us to go to the beach and plane spot simultaneously since it is my first time at St. Maarten.
Therefore, this completes our Outbound Trip from St. Louis to St. Maarten via Atlanta on Delta Airlines. Like I said, wish we would’ve flown American Airlines from St. Louis to St. Maarten via Miami, however it was expensive and Delta Airlines Flight to St. Maarten was cheaper. So we ended up booking Delta Airlines and at least we enjoyed both flights. Anyways, be safe and have a blessed day/night.
