For 10-12 hr flights, most transpacific flights are that length such as many routes connecting China, South Korea, and Japan, to the United States west coast.

YSSY-KLAX is a good length flight. Mainly over water so a good over night flight.

As we speak, I’m about to land a Hong Kong - Auckland flight. You should try it, its about 11 hours.

Flight Time varies a lot due to winds and other factors. I use this to find distance and this to find winds. Usually a jet can fly 500nm per hour (average) so you are looking for 4500nm to 6500nm routes, varying on winds.

I just did a 14 and a half hour flight feom Abu Dhabi to Chicago O‘Hare. It‘s a little more than you‘re proposed 10-12 hours but still very worth while.

MCO to Beijing. I think it’s 14 hours so a little bit over. Bit did it as my first long haul in a China Airlines 777-300 went over the poles. Was a great flight lived flying it!

LPPT-SBGL is a real world flight operated on a TAP A332 (which we don’t have so use either generic livery or something else). It’s just under 10 hours but it’s the longest real world flight I’ve done.
