Imagine the absolute trolls that would ruin the whole flying experience
Make it optional, like have all traffic controllers be able to use voice and people who do not want to speak/unable can use the current system. Expert only feature or just make grade 4 for voice atc only
There are several reasons this will probably not happen anytime soon.
Please vote for similar requests in Features though.
You never know what will become possible in the future.
