That LV-KIU may be slightly inspired by something
And yet I’ve never heard of it

If an airline sports the livery of another airline it’s because they leased it or bought it from them…
But I never heard ANY news about this
But you’re probably right.
Leases and Buying from other airline’s are not generally news worthy enough to be mentioned. Usually they are private unless they decide to public disclose it. Details can be found in a document available on google:

LV-KIU was a former UIA’s 38M but because of the pandemics, they decided to hold the aircraft at the factory. With the war, UIA cancelled the order and the plane was repassed to Aerolineas with UIA’s colours. Honestly, I see this livery better than the original one, even though it is one of my favourites.

To be honest, it would be a bit troublesome if I want to send an international express delivery, even though I’m in Guangzhou (where Fedex has an air transit center). In my country, Fedex is more like a large-item logistics transporter rather than an express delivery service.
If I want to send an international express delivery, I might use SF Express. But after it goes abroad, it will be transported by other third-party express companies. This kind of transportation always has a certain degree of risk.

But if you @N908QD really like my paintings very much, I will go to the UK to pursue my master’s degree in design one year later. At that time, it may be more convenient to transport international express deliveries?

Seems to be an A330-300 with GE engines. Quite obvious that it’s a fictional livery
